Leslie Branson joined Berkeley Point Capital in April 2012 as an HR Vice President and has served as Executive Managing Director and Interim Head of HR since February 2014. Leslie is responsible for the firm’s Human Capital Plan including talent development, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HRIS. As a member of the senior leadership team, she serves as a strategic business partner who facilitates the alignment of the HR strategy with the business goals and strategic objectives of the firm.
From 2005 to 2012, Leslie was a member of the HR Business Partner Team at Fannie Mae where throughout her tenure, she was viewed as a trusted advisor and she provided HR leadership and business partner support to various business units — single-family, enterprise risk management, and operations & technology. Prior to that, Leslie worked at Baxter Healthcare from 1995 to 2005 where she progressively built upon her HR knowledge and experience through domestic and international assignments. Leslie began her career at Pepsi Cola in their Management Trainee program.
Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master of Arts in Business and Economics with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the Catholic University of America.
